Florida - Here We Come!!

As you can tell - we have had a lot of exciting and scary news all within a few days. In regards to our townhouse we signed the papers to list it with a realtor on Sunday and it will post to the MLS today. She showed us how some of the properties on our street have been sitting for months and months so obviously we became a little nervous at the thought of breaking even or even losing money on what we thought was an investment. We also know that God cannot be contained in a box and is not limited to statistics. Please pray for the right buyer and that they would come quickly!

And yes - we are moving to Florida. Brian was offered (a lot sooner then we thought) the Risk Administrator position with Campus Crusade for Christ. He officially accepted the offer and they need him to start October 30th!! We know - crazy huh? So we are frantically getting our house ready to be shown and packing up some things that Brian will take down with him. Delia will need to stay in Chicago to work a couple of weeks so that we do not have any breaks in our insurance. She will probably be visiting a bunch of her girlfriends closer to the city to make this transitional time a little 'funner'. She will fly down to Florida the day before Thanksgiving (on our anniversary) where we will officially start our new Florida life together.

Needless to say, we have a billion and one things to do in what seems like a very little amount of time. Brian is working around the clock at getting all of these last minute things done (painting, packing, de-cluttering, organizing, buying blinds (too bad we don't get to enjoy them), etc... Please pray for both of us that we will be able to get it all done before the first showing of our home which will hopefully be sooner rather then later. Thank you all for your prayers and we just have to believe that God is working out all of these things in His timing and it will all pay off in the end.
